Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) explores how we move and improves the quality of our movement. Through simple, structured lessons, we improve flexibility, range of motion, balance, and power. ATM lessons work for anyone from couch potatoes to Olympic athletes through slow, attentive movements that are paced to the learner. Students report improvements to chronic pain as well as rediscovering a childlike joy in movement. Come explore your neck, spine, shoulders, hips and knees with us and learn how to walk, sit, stretch, and play better. You will discover new, effortless mobility after each lesson.
Our goal is to make the impossible, possible; the possible, easy; and the easy, elegant. We'll explore how little it takes to move more gracefully, smoothly, confidently, powerfully. Come fall in love with movement again!
