This course is directed to students with little, or no prior exposure to the Portuguese language. Through everyday situations, they will learn basic grammar, the typical sounds of the Portuguese language and practice conversation. The classes are structured in a way that students apply the new language to their own reality, making learning practical and effective. Instructor Reinaldo Catarino, a Brazilian native with 18 years of experience in teaching foreign language, is guaranteed to keep students totally engaged with audio and video materials for to build stronger familiarity with the language and the use of music to reinforce grammar and vocabulary in a fun and creative way.
Courses are 7 weeks long with classes of 1.5 hours twice a week.
