Since 1999, Tippi Toes Dance Company® has been bringing a unique program of dance and creative movement to community centers, childcare centers schools, play groups and various after school programs. Tippi Toes classes have a remarkable impact on social and developmental growth. Our classes, which include the use of original kids music and choreography, fuel creativity, build imagination and sharpen both motor and cognitive skills.
Tippi Toes classes are kid-friendly and high energy designed to keep active boys and girls engaged in continual motion while they learn the basic elements of dance including positions and terms. Children will learn a variety of ballet, tap and jazz elements in a way that is fun and healthy including exercising their bodies, imagination and singing voices! All students receive a Tippi Toes t-shirt and have the opportunity to participate in mini-performances and a final recital.
Toddler & Me (18M to 3Y)
Wednesdays 10-10:45am or 11-11:45am
Saturdays 10-10:45am
Toddler & Me dance classes are for boys and girls 18 months up to the age of 3 years. Music, movement, balance and the basic dance steps are introduced in a fun, friendly and positive manner. This type of class includes mom, dad or caretaker participating in the class along with the little dancer. Our teachers will keep the music and curriculum moving along while their "grown-up" takes an active role in encouraging, supporting and keeping the little dancer on track.
Busy Bodies in Motion (3Y-6Y)
Wednesdays 4:45-5:30pm
Busy Bodies in Motion is a high-energy dance class designed to keep boys and girls ages 3-6 engaged in continual motion while they learn the basic elements of dance including positions and terminology. Children will learn a variety of ballet, tap and jazz elements in a way that is fun and healthy for active children including exercising their bodies, imagination and singing voices!
